Standard Shipping

North & South Island Urban Delivery Charges

  • Urban deliveries on orders over $70 are FREE of charge.
  • Urban deliveries on orders over $70 needing a signature are $2.
  • Urban deliveries on orders under $70 are $3.95 per order.
  • Urban deliveries under $70 needing a signature are $5.95.

North & South Island Rural Delivery Charges

  • Rural deliveries on orders over $70 are $4.
  • Rural deliveries on orders over $70 needing a signature are $6.
  • Rural deliveries on orders under $70 are $7.95.
  • Rural deliveries on orders under $70 needing a signature are $9.95.


Estimated shipping times (excluding public holidays)

Wellington – overnight delivery
North Island – 1-2 days
South Island – 1-2 days
Rural address – will likely take longer than above, please allow another 1-2 days.

Neither the chosen courier company or BodyStrong are liable for parcels which are stolen, damaged or lost after delivery. If non-signature is chosen, this is done at your own risk.

Shipping times during public holiday period

If a purchase is made during a public holiday period, items will be couriered on the first normal day back after the holiday period is over.

BodyStrong Returns Policy

 

In the unlikely event you receive damaged, faulty or the wrong item, please send a brief email to help@bodystrong.co.nz with details on the issue and a photo of the item.  We will then be in contact, same day, if email received before 4pm.  Emails after 4pm will be answered the next day, at the latest.

If you have received the incorrect product, please do not open it to remain eligible to return the item and receive a refund.  Opened incorrect products cannot be returned.

If you have changed your mind about the purchase, simply return the goods to us via courier in its original unopened condition within 10 working days.  A refund will then be processed minus a $8 restocking fee.  If you wish to change flavour you will need to place another new order.

Returns Process.

  1. Using secure packaging, carton or courier bag, send product by COURIER POST to: BodyStrong Limited, PO Box 1708, Paraparaumu Beach 5252
  1. Include proof of purchase and a detailed description on why the product is being returned.
  2. Once we receive the item, we will process the return either the same day (if received before 4pm, or after 4pm will be refunded the next day). Please note an $8 restocking fee will be deducted from your total for all ‘change of mind’ returns.
  3. All returns must be sent by COURIER POST Courier Service. We recommend that you keep a record of your shipment until either a replacement or refund is received.

Terms and Conditions of Return
In addition to your Statutory Rights, should you change your mind we will happily exchange or refund providing the following conditions have been met:

  • BodyStrong returns operate Monday-Friday, 9am to 4pm. Once your order is received we will process and distribute the goods within 1-2 working day
  • Return period and order queries are 10 days from the date of invoice
  • If you want to exchange or return boxed goods, they must be returned to BodyStrong in the original unmarked packaging and in the original condition. Once the product seals have been broken we cannot accept a return due to being a food product.
  • Please ensure you pack products inside a Courier Track Pack or Carton. Do not attach anything to the outside of the original packaging. Should the packaging be marked or in unsatisfactory condition, we may not exchange or refund the goods. BodyStrong is not liable if damage occurs in transit coming back to us.
  • Any free promotional items should be returned along with your order if all items are being returned for refund to avoid being charged for these goods.
  • A restocking fee of $8 is applicable to all change-of-mind returns. This will be deducted from the total refund value.
  • Clearance items - all sales are final and not able to be returned
